- Electronic Payments: For your convenience, we offer electronic payment options, including Zelle and Debit/Credit cards. You can securely make payments using these methods.
- HSA/FSA: TeleMobilePT is proud to accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments for eligible services. Please check with your HSA/FSA provider to confirm eligibility.
Insurance and Superbills:
- Superbills: TeleMobilePT provides superbills upon request. A superbill is an itemized invoice that contains all the necessary information for you to submit a claim to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It's important to note that the responsibility for submitting superbills and seeking reimbursement lies with the client.
- Out-of-Network Payments: If you have insurance coverage with an out-of-network benefit, you can submit the superbill to your insurance company. TeleMobilePT does not directly bill insurance but will assist you in providing the necessary documentation.
- In-Network Plans: TeleMobilePT has a partnership with Luna Healthcare, which may allow clients to use their in-network insurance plans for covered services. Please contact us for details on using Luna Healthcare for your payments.
Payment Process:
- At the Time of Service: Payment is due at the time of service for all clients, whether you choose to pay in cash, electronically, or with HSA/FSA funds.
- Electronic Payments: If you prefer electronic payment methods such as Zelle or Debit/Credit cards, please inform us during your appointment, and we will assist you in processing the payment securely.
- Superbill Requests: If you require a superbill for insurance reimbursement, please let us know, and we will promptly provide you with the necessary documentation.
